Our Commitment
New Tech Advertising is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We continually improve the user experience for everyone and apply relevant accessibility standards to achieve this goal.
Conformance Status
New Tech Advertising aims to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with disabilities.
We are actively working toward full conformance. Some areas of the platform may not yet fully meet all WCAG 2.1 Level AA criteria, and we are prioritizing improvements.
Measures We Have Taken
New Tech Advertising takes the following measures to ensure accessibility:
- Semantic HTML5 landmark elements (header, nav, main, footer) for screen reader navigation
- Skip-to-main-content link for keyboard users to bypass repetitive navigation
- All images include descriptive alternative text (alt attributes)
- Decorative icons are marked as aria-hidden to reduce screen reader noise
- Interactive elements include clear, descriptive aria-labels
- Color contrast ratios meet or exceed WCAG 2.1 AA minimums (4.5:1 for normal text)
- Full keyboard navigation support — all features are accessible without a mouse
- Visible focus indicators on all interactive elements
- Language attribute set on the HTML element for accurate screen reader pronunciation
- Forms include associated labels and descriptive error messages
- Page structure uses a logical heading hierarchy (H1 → H2 → H3)
- Responsive design supports zoom up to 200% without loss of content or functionality
- Text can be resized without assistive technology up to 200% without loss of content
Known Limitations
While we strive for full accessibility, some areas of the platform are still being improved:
- Some complex data tables and dashboards may have limited screen reader support — we are actively improving these.
- Third-party embedded content (social media previews, video players) may not fully conform to WCAG 2.1 AA standards, as these are controlled by external vendors.
- Rich text editor components are being updated to improve keyboard navigation.
We are committed to addressing these issues. If you encounter a specific problem, please report it using the contact information below and we will prioritize a fix.
Assistive Technology Compatibility
Our platform is designed to be compatible with the following assistive technologies:
- Screen readers: NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver (macOS & iOS), TalkBack (Android)
- Browsers: Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge (latest two major versions)
- Zoom: Browser zoom up to 200%, OS-level zoom features
- Keyboard navigation: Full support via Tab, Enter, Space, Arrow keys, and Escape
